Asphalt Foreperson

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Asphalt Foreman to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the asphalt crew.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage materials and equipment on-site to ensure efficient operation.
- Communicate with the Supervisor, office, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labour and materials used.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt paving and construction.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt pavements, equipment, and paving techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
