**Doltone House **is looking for an experienced **Sandwich Hand **to join the team based at **The Sydney Opera House.**

**Tasks/Responsibilities/Requirements**:

- Working in salad section as required
- Availability to work various hours including late nights and weekends
- Have experience with fast-paced busy kitchen is an advantage
- Have excellent communication skills
- Maintain kitchen procedures, cleanliness, hygiene and WH&S standards

This position would suit an experienced Sandwich Hand looking for work day shifts, hours/days will vary however will be based around Sunday - Wednesday.
