**About Them**:
This highly established high end residential builder, who are an energetic and motivated team, always committed and ready to assist with all aspects of the design and construction phase are looking to grow. The projects this practice are involved with range from $2-$10 million dollar homes which span across eastern suburbs, northern beaches and Sutherland shire.

This long standing business have gone from strength to strength in recent years and are now looking to hire an additional team member. The position of an Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper has come up and this practice needs someone who is switched on and ready to hit the ground running.

**As the Accounts, your day to day will look like the following**:

- Assisting with all bookkeeping & payroll needs
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable reconciliation
- Preparing reports for senior management
- Processing and reconciling credit card expenses
- Assist with processing of fortnightly payroll
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements

**To be successful for this position you must fit the criteria below**:

- Proficient computer skills
- Good communication skills
- A natural problem solver and the ability to prioritise and multitask
- A "Can Do" attitude and willingness to learn
- At least 3-4 years experience in accounts
- Experience with ZERO is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn
