This role is responsible for providing Family Dispute Resolution (mediation) for parenting and property matters. Family Dispute Resolution is defined in the Family Law Act 1975 (the Act). Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners must meet the accreditation standards in the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008 (Regulations).
