**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this role you will assist with the establishment of new tenancies, organise renewals, complete property inspection reports and assist the Tenancy Officer with routine inspections.
ABOUT YOU
You will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise with tenants and tenancy advocates when needed. You are able to resolve tenancy problems and be able to identify when complex matters are to be escalated.
This is a part time role working 4 days per week.

Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration/Real Estate Practice or relevant qualification.
- Evidence of full COVID 19 vaccination
- Current drivers licence
- Current Working with Children Check NSW
- Experience in tenancy and property management.
- Experience in relating to and supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
- Experience in managing tenancies and properties using database programs
