**Your role**

The primary purpose of the role is to Lead a team responsible for the definition, development and support of the specific products, technology and associated ICT service(s) used by DCJ. The role ensures the ongoing management of the product/service through the service lifecycle so that it continues to contribute and meet the objectives of the organisation.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead business, ICT procurement partners and vendors to define and manage commercial contracts and service level agreements to deliver services that meet business requirements.
- Proactively partner with suppliers and support organisations to ensure IT services deliver against expected benefits while maximising contribution to achieve business objectives, including the integration of products and services to maximise value for money in service delivery.
- Manage and evaluate risk assessments within a defined functional or technical area of business, including implement a consistent process for identifying potential risk events, quantifying, and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the business.
- Identify and manage risks and continually review and action audit findings to eliminate or mitigate areas of non-compliance.
- Monitor and manage expenditure, including examine any areas where actual financial outcomes (cost and/or revenue) deviate from their expected results and/or agreed tolerances/variations, to ensure relevant Cost and Revenue targets are met.
- Actively engage with Solution Design and Project Managers to promote awareness and compliance with service transition quality plans and processes, including broker and agree on the service acceptance criteria and verify transition readiness for changes to safeguard the organisations’ technology platforms and ensure alignment with the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Lead and drive team management, work planning, coaching and professional development initiatives to resources and deliver priorities.
- Define and maintain the financial viability of products and services and ensure effective use of resources.
- Balance the immediate need of the business with future requirements and align investments accordingly.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in CIMS solution development using Microsoft and other technology stack (asp.net, MVC, MVP,.Net, SQL, SAP Crystal Report, nServiceBus, IBM MQ, SFTP)
- This role may require participation in an on-call and/or after hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients or maintenance activities outside normal business hours.
- A valid driver’s license may be required to travel to and from the Data Centre and on-site client support
