Junior Administration Assistant

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity to join a small office team working closely with the construction team to deliver numerous commercial and residential building and renovation projects per year. We are seeking a talented and capable individual to become a key part of our team; the role will be best suited to someone with a view to long-term employment and growth with the business.

We are looking for a reliable Office Junior/Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. You will work directly with the Construction management team. The role will focus on helping the team in composing and submission of tenders and Building contracts, the collating of all relevant documents for submission, the initial delivery of relevant documents such as scope of works and plans to subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.

A high level of confidence in communication and customer service for valued clients to help ensure opportunities with clients are kept to a high volume.

The position will be full time and based at our office in Arundel Qld.

Immediate Start.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Administration:
Job timelines & scheduling

Calendar management including scheduling of site meetings, trades, on-site deliveries

Filing and organisation using Onedrive

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Construction administration preferred.

Applicants should have experience in a similar office role & must be confident to work with a team but not essential.

Reliable organisation and communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Working knowledge of Onedrive, MS Office programs

Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

Current Drivers License

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Arundel, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
