**Duties**
- Elevate and uphold exceptional customer service standards within the store.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and effectively manage controllable costs.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to support their ongoing performance and development.
- Take charge in the absence of the Store Manager on duty, guiding the team to maintain operational excellence.
- Support the team's training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
- Manage stock effectively and execute visual merchandising according to set guidelines and standards.
- Ensure the store's presentation meets high standards and promotes brand awareness.
- Contribute to building a motivated and engaged team to drive overall store performance.

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrable previous management experience.
- In-depth understanding of tools and hardware.
- Proven sales and/or retail experience.
- Unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient computer literacy.
