x 2 Change Analysts to support the x 2 Change Managers, with various change activities (but not limited to) which may vary for the different projects:

- Support the Change Manager with the coordination of Stakeholder/Business Engagement
- Calendar Invites
- Confirmation of Business Representation
- Attend meetings
- Assist in developing awareness and adoption-related deliverables i.e., awareness, communications, learning and support materials to the business division that support the use of the IT solution with the project deliverables
- Provide change and communication support - working with the team to understand the change impacts and confirm the type of change, learning required to support the impacted stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Team to continually improve the project deliverables & stakeholder engagement / approach with the Organisational Change Management and following the IT PMO Change Deliverables (Templates)
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Competency in Office 365
