**Position Overview**:
Mini Masterminds is looking for a dynamic **Enrolments Advisor** You'll be the cornerstone in fostering robust relationships with centre directors within your portfolio. **Your role?** To enhance daily operations across multiple centres by streamlining the enrolment process. Join us in ensuring families and children enjoy a seamless enrolment experience

Key Responsibilities:
**Enrolment Management**:Facilitate the end-to-end enrolment process, including conducting tours for prospective parents, providing detailed information about our programs, and assisting families with the necessary paperwork.

**Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrolment process.

**Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure all enrolment documentation is accurately completed and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain updated records.

**Admissions Coordination**: Coordinate admission assessments and interviews, working closely with educators and parents to assess the child's needs and ensure a smooth transition into the Mini Masterminds community.

**Orientation Programs**: Develop and implement orientation programs for new families, helping them acclimate to the Mini Masterminds environment and fostering a sense of community.

**Marketing Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, attend community events, and participate in outreach activities to promote Mini Masterminds and attract new enrolments.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in account management, customer service highly desirable.
- Previous experience in childcare enrolments or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education regulations and compliance (preferable).
- Familiarity with childcare management software is a plus.
