Adf Rehabilitation Consultant

Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
- Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

No billable hours KPI’s based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable targets. Genuine person-centred focus and goal setting.

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance - no overtime, no "outside of work" hours. Enjoy early starts and early finishes of 7:30am - 3:30pm on a fortnightly roster.

**Week one**: Tuesday & Wednesday / **Week 2**: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Working on the ADF Base, Anglesea Barracks. Australias oldest military establishment, Anglesea Barracks is rich in it's history and cultural significance. Close to Salamanca markets you can enjoy all that this fabulous location has to offer

If your preference is Full-time work, we can facilitate a role combining the "on base" work as well as some "off-base" work which affords a little more flexibility.

Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
