**Company**
Our client is a rapidly growing media agency that solely focuses on the Australian high-end interiors industry. They produce awe-inspiring content across a range of mediums as well as partnering with high-end decorative building product suppliers on creative campaigns to drive their industry exposure.

**Role**
Dueto back-to-back record-breaking years, they are seeking an articulate, passionate & well-versed industry professional. You will maintain key customer relationships, as well drive new business to secure new ones. The Director prides himself on the collaborative & tight-knit culture they have created, so it is important that you work well as a team, but are also self-driven to achieve results. Once you have completed training & induction, you will have the ability to work from home 1 day a week.

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you must have the following;
- Strong communication & presentation skills with an ambitious & outgoing personality
- Existing relationships and/or strong exposure to the High-End Residential and/or Commercial building products sectors
- Experience within the media or creative industries is highly desired
- Experience as a Relationship/Business Development Manager
- Proven track record in sales and overachieving targets
- A genuine passion for high-end interior design solutions
- High degree of energy, be self-motivated and desire to be rewarded for your hard efforts
- Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long-term career role

The salary package is negotiable based on experience + Super + Uncapped commissions ($20K-$80K). This role is available immediately for the right calibre of professional and interviews will commence next week.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Commission

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
