The Coordinator has specific responsibility for the development and support of an organisational culture that is, in all aspects, consistent with who we say we are as a Catholic school, and which is directed towards continuous improvement. **Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrates a willingness to support and promote the mission of the Church in Catholic Education and Trinity Catholic College values.
- Models excellence and innovation in teaching and learning demonstrating effective pedagogical practices which meet the needs of all students
- Strong knowledge of best practices in student well-being and pastoral care, trauma-informed practice, and the capacity to ensure effective implementation.
- High level of organisational and management capability, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and an ability to maintain respectful and productive relationships with all stakeholders both within and beyond the College community
- A commitment to engage in relevant ongoing Professional Learning.
