**Job description**:
**Key Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Planning and designing visually appealing websites that reflect the Tequila Sunrise Hostels brand identity and resonate with the target audience..
- Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style, and related aesthetics.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.
- Offering recommendations and insights for enhancing internet presence and multi-channel communication strategies, particularly across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with fellow designers of Tequila Sunrise Hostels in order to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.
- Design engaging digital campaigns and video content for socials, EDMs and the web.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the Production Team in order to ensure completeness and accuracy of finished artwork.
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

**Key Requirements**
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the same field is required.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present visual concepts.
- Capable of conflict management, maintaining composure under pressure, and adapt at working independently.
- Creative and open to new ideas.

**Salary**
- AUD 108,680 salary annually exclusive of superannuation.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
