We have an opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join one of the most fun and loved retail hospitality groups in the country.
Our client has venues across NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and NZ and they are going through a transformative and exciting new phase of growth. With so many exciting projects in the pipeline, there’s no better time to join this dynamic business leading the frontline teams as a **Café GM** at their soon to be opened flagship venue on the Northern Beaches in the heart of **Manly Beach.**

**The Role**:
As the Cafe GM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue, managing a team of passionate baristas and servers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment.
More specifically, the responsibilities are varied as the following:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Managing and leading a team of staff, including hiring, training, and rostering
- Ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Implementing new menu items and promotions as directed by the head-office
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing the financial performance of the cafe, including monitoring costs and revenues and making adjustments as needed
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Managing the marketing and promotional activities of the cafe to increase brand awareness and drive sales
**You**:
- Proven experience as a cafe or restaurant manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage finances and control costs
- Passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have full working rights in Australia
