**The role**
Due to a period of fixed term leave within the team, this 12 month contract position has become available. Reporting to the Director we have an opportunity to join the Structured finance division as an Associate Director where you will have the scope to focus on new inquiries from lenders and asset classes whilst working in a strong team of Analysts.

Your responsibilities will consist of the following:

- To work within the structured finance requirements for the organisations Financial Services clients across Australia. Reviewing SF transactions on an annual cycle
- Conduct financial modelling
- Manage your written research - both transaction-specific and market-wide
- Manage and communicating with external parties for transaction purposes such as issuers / bankers / investors
