As the company encompasses a wide range of services, you'll have exposure to Risk as well as having the opportunity to get your teeth stuck into Finance tasks such as redemptions and term deposits.

**What will my day to day look like?**

**8.30 - 5.00pm**

You will ensure client requests are processed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for servicing clients through an inbound 1800 number.

Additionally, this role will be required to assist with the Cash Management investments managed through an external custodian. You will need to process investment instructions and perform reconciliations for a variety of accounts.

You will also:

- Follow up outstanding requirements
- Process periodic payments, regular savings plans, and any other bulk transactional files.
- Ensure client confirmations are generated and dispatched within agreed SLAs
- Reconcile the underlying CMT funds asset pool on a daily basis.
- Ensure CMT fund investment instructions are processed
- Process external commissions payments and reconcile at end of month.

**What skills and experience will I need for the role?**
- You are a recent Finance/Commerce/Business Graduate with a passion and interest in Wealth/Fund Management and the Financial Markets.
- You would love to build a career within the Financial Services space and have the desire to learn, grow and be challenged in your new role.
- You are hard working, motivated and have a positive mindset and enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
- You have strong processing, administrative and communication skills with the ability to manage large workloads in a busy environment.
