Barber (Chair Rental)

Ron Schofield Men's Hairdressing in North Ryde has an opportunity for an experienced and exceptional barber to run their own business within a barber shop that has ben in operation for over 50 years.

**Are you an experienced and exceptional barber? - Be your own boss**

On offer is what is commonly referred to as a 'rent a chair agreement'- a popular model in the industry where you can:

- Set your own hours within the hours the chair is available to you
- Serve your clients in a manner that suits your style
- Sell your own products
- Take time of for any reason whenever you like, and for as long as you like
- no formal notice required
- Take your own payments via your own POS device (guidance can be provided on how to set this up)
- Enjoy a higher-than-average income for the profession

**Earning potential**:
As a guide to your earning potential, it is realistic to expect that an experienced and exceptional barber could easily grow their client list to, and cater to an average of 20 clients per day, 5 days a week
- at which point you'd be earning (before tax) approximately 130k after costs. At a more leisurely pace of averaging 15 clients per day - you'd be earning (before tax) approximately 90k after costs.

**About you**:
This opportunity is suitable for a barber with at least 3 years of experience
- who is confident and efficient in scissor cutting classic and modern styles, fading and tapering, using a straight razor, and who has the 'soft skills' to thrive in the profession
- including an energetic and fun personality. and a passion for the trade
