**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively coordinate and schedule HVAC and electrical trade services, ensuring optimal timing for both clients and technicians.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing stellar customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met with satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage our scheduling system, keeping all parties informed of appointment statuses, changes, and updates.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and operational staff to ensure resources are allocated effectively for each job.
- Handle administrative duties with precision, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparation of service documentation.
