Maintain Australia, is a privately owned construction company. Our team comprises of highly qualified, hardworking, passionate and motivated people. Maintain Australia complete full residential and commercial renovations/refurbishments, new builds and maintenance work.

Due to the continued growth and expansion of our company, we are now seeking an experienced and passionate **Project Co-Ordinator **to join our team, based in our office in Arundel.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Coordination/Allocation of trades and repairs
- Successful input and output of scheduling requirements, identifying needs analyst and skilled labour requirements for job completion
- Working closely with estimators, supervisors and trades
- Costs control for jobs
- Meet KPI’s
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Prime Ecosystem would be highly regarded but not essential
- **Experience in the building/maintenance industry**:

- **A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is a must**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
