Company Overview:
**Job Description**:
As a Stock Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stock management within our organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless operations across retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:
**Stock Controlling**: Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure optimal inventory levels.

**Entering New Arrival Stock**: Timely and accurately input new arrival stock into the system, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

**System Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain the Retail Express software system to reflect current stock levels, pricing, and product information.

**Supplier Management**: Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock orders, deliveries, and resolve any issues related to quality or quantity discrepancies.

**Retail Client Management**: Work closely with retail clients to address stock-related inquiries, process orders, and maintain positive relationships.

**Wholesale Client Management**: Manage stock arrangements and accounts with wholesale clients, including running accounts and balancing transactions.

**Reporting**: Generate comprehensive reports on stock levels, sales performance, and inventory turnover for management review.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline stock management processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on stock control and inventory management.

**Proficiency in Retail Express software is essential**

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
