**Rates Property Officer**
- **Salary $65,811.17 - $76,341.17 p/a + super**:

- **Permanent full time position - 35 hours per week**

Located 16 km’s north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales’ most attractive natural environments.

**Reporting to the Revenue Accountant**
**, your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintenance of Council’s name and address register
- Data entry in relation to property, rates and financial information
- Updating direct debit information
- Issuing invoices
- Providing efficient advice / solutions and information when responding to enquiries both written and verbal

**Required experience & skills**:

- Sound financial and/or accounting skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to successfully manage competing priorities and high volumes of work
- Local Government experience preferred
