Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

- Lead business workshops for requirement gathering and solution alignment.
- Engage in requirements gathering and development of use cases. Support architecture, process, and governance development
- Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify customizations for implementation
- Communicate with clients and partners on aspects of both the product and implementation at the technical and/or functional level, appropriate for the situation.
- Perform out of the box configuration and implement necessary customization as needed
- Participate in deployment activities, configurations, custom rule development, development, and third-party system integration
- Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Help in RFP/sales cycle as required
- Help develop technical documents detailing the products, environment and process of identity systems and functions

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

- Professional or Associate Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM), SuccessFactors Succession and Development and SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
- At least 5 year experience with SuccessFactors Implementation
- Extensive experience in HR/HCM projects
- Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs, Integration with 3rd Party system & replication
- Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts
- Understand the functional requirements from the client and prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed
- Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
- Experience in data migration for uploading learning history and other data elements
- Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design
- Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations and deal with the client
