**Prosecution Officer (Administrative) Level 2**

Full-time position; Temporary employment up to 12 months, with the possibility of becoming ongoing

Sydney CBD location?

$86,342. Package includes salary ($70,694 - $76,857p.a.), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**The key accountabilities of a Legal Support Officer include**:

- ???Register and process the receipt of reports referred to the Director's Chambers in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
- Identify the nature of the direction sought and ensure the urgency of a matter and/or any time limitations are brought to the attention of the appropriate person in the Director's Chambers.
- Pursue requisitions when further material is requested before a direction can be made.
- Maintain Secretariat files and ensure the confidentiality and security of the files.

A Talent Pool may also be created for future ongoing and temporary positions that may arise over the next 18 months.
