_**Swillhouse is searching for bar backs, to join the highly skilled team of our venue, Le Foote.**_
- Located in the historic heart of Sydney, Le Foote is a European-inspired wine bar and Mediterranean Grill, and the newest addition to Swillhouse; owner/operators of Alberto's Lounge, Restaurant Hubert, The Caterpillar Club, The Baxter Inn and Shady Pines Saloon. _
- Le Foote is modelled on the all-day eating and drinking cultures of Barcelona, Amsterdam and Rome, particularly their cafe’s, outdoor eateries, and quiet enjoyment of life._
- We are currently looking for a Bar backs to join the team. The role includes cleaning glassware, keeping the bars stocked, making sure the ice wells are full, juicing fruit, cutting garnishes and much more._
- Previous experience in a cafe/restaurant or similar role is preferred, but this is a position where we can also train you on the job. _

Most importantly we require somebody who is reliable, has a positive attitude and works well in a team. This is perfect for someone looking to become a bartender and start from the ground up._
- You will report to the Bar Manager and work alongside a team of talented professionals who will guide and support you to success in the role._
