**The Client**
Known for selling some of the Sunshine's Coast most stunning residential properties, our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their top-performing team. This Boutique Agency is becoming a household name in the Coasts market and focuses on high-end, luxury homes.

**Key Duties**
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our high-performing office to work directly with the Principal. This position is a pivotal support role consisting of 5 days Monday to Friday.
- All administrative tasks from when a property is signed until the

property has settled
- Assist in getting a property ready for market
- Booking in photography and tradespeople as needed
- Liaising with buyers, vendors, and solicitors throughout the sales

process
- Managing the exchange to the settlement process

presentations and sending selling proposals
- Database management
- Principal personal tasks

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is essential
- Well presented with excellent communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Tech savvy with strong Microsoft office skills
- Be proactive in your work with a positive attitude
- Able to adapt to changing and fast-paced circumstances
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a small team environment
