**About the role**

An exciting opportunity to join the CALHN Integrated Care program and to work in a supportive and dynamic team. The Integrated Care Data Management and Reporting Officer is accountable to the Business Manager, Integrated Care (IC) for the provision of patient information management and reporting across IC.

The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient and effective patient information and activity reporting are in place to support the delivery of clinical services that are inclusive of financial modelling. This role focus on data extraction from multiple patient information systems and provides analysis and reporting to assist internal and external parties in understanding IC business and service performance.

This role also provides corporate function support such as HR administration, fleet management and system support as required to achieve IC business objectives.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
