- Freelance Temporary Opportunity
- Wayfinding Coordinator/Specialist Traffic Position

Our client in Victorian State Government currently has so much exciting wayfinding work coming through their studio, they need the assistance of a Wayfinding Coordinator to help manage that workflow.

As the team has grown over time, this role is required to help ensure high quality briefs are taken, gaps identified early on, workflow is managed, and reviewing of content to ensure things are kept moving through the pipeline.

You’ll have an understanding of wayfinding to the level that you know when you’re looking at a good wayfinding brief. You’ll be able to add quality to the briefing process, interpreting the brief and identifying any holes earlier so that there is a reduction in potential issues that could clog the studio.

You’ll know how to manage stakeholders and ensure that project management is done at the highest level.

Given that the focus for this role is really on the prior wayfinding experience, you may have come from a traffic position previously, or account management, or even a designer looking for a seachange into a more administrative role. The key thing here is the experience in the wayfinding space, the ability to understand a high quality wayfinding brief, and to assist with the workflow management.

This opportunity is due to start as soon as the right person can be found, and is an ongoing requirement at this point in time.
