We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our Peter Stevens Motorcycles dealership in Dandenong as a Sea-Doo and Motorcycle Sales Consultant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
- Use ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk in's using appropriate methods.
- Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team, F&I team and Service team.
- Diligence in following up all customer paperwork, with a strong attention to detail.
- Consistently keeping up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the motorcycle & watercraft industry.

**You will have**:

- 2 years previous experience in an Automotive sales role.
- Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet.
- Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a Sale.
- Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles and Watercraft is preferred.
- Excellent Phone manner and communication skills.
- Experience working in a high-pressure team environment.
