**About the clinic**
Peakhurst Physio is a boutique clinic established in 1982. Purchased by the current owner in 2020 and it continues to undergo significant growth.
Our vision is to allow all members in our local community to live their lives without constraint. We have so far helped more than ten thousand people with pain and injury and that number is growing rapidly.
Comprising of a team of 4 physios with a combined average of 8 years of experience and a remedial massage therapist. We service clients with complex needs who go on to form strong bonds with their therapists over lasting periods. Our clients often require expert care and high levels of customer service with collaborative treatment.
We have a dedicated leadership team including a clinic owner/director. We have a dedicated Admin Team leader and Clinical lead Physiotherapist.
Our induction program and ongoing support will give you the best chance of success in your role.

**About you**
Currently we have a receptionist position available.
We are seeking people who:
- Live’s within 30 minutes of the clinic.
- Excellent communication skills. You speak very clearly and have a cheery upbeat vibe to them. You are the face of the business.
- Have a good understanding of the services and the therapists who work at our clinic so she can place patients in the rights spots that benefits their needs
- Can build rapport quickly or can empathise with patients
- Can handle and problem solve stressful situations - unhappy customers, slow internet, when a therapist is sick, calling to reschedule customers and to do this well is essential
- Can call a customer to follow up (recalls) confidently by being an authority to convert customers who did not rebook or need a reminder to come back in.
- Have time management skills - as you work autonomously, they must learn to know when to priortise certain tasks. EG. customer calls or SMS replies are most important and should be done immediately as they come in.
- The #1 SKILL we need from you would be ability to multitask without feeling overwhelmed. Some people cannot do this.
The role
- The days required for this role are **Monday and Wednesday.** The start time is **7:15am**, so early birds need only apply. Finish times are negotiable for the right applicant.
- Role with immediate start
- We will consider applicants with any level of experience
- Your level of experience will determine your salary.
- You will have access to full training and be supported by experienced therapists
