**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Business Trainee **located in Mont Albert.** The role undertakes a range of administrative tasks in the Construction Industry within a supportive work environment, you will be required to work 38 hours a week Monday - Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To provide an effective, efficient and professional administrative service to enable the smooth running of the on boarding requirements for the programme.
- Administer compliance to the on-boarding systems (RIW/MTA and Eify) for the Alliance team.
- Coordinate subcontractor mobilisation of RIW/MTA and Eify systems
- Coordinate training competencies including; Next Gear, Construction Inductions, TISA course, etc.
- Support mobilisation of programme staff
- Record information and upload documentation to on boarding systems in a timely manner
- Maintain files ensuring they are filed, confidential and secure
- Talking primarily by phone with subcontractors in relation to mobilisation requirements
- Provide advice to project staff and subcontractors around mobilisation
- Maintain accurate records for subcontractor employees
- Provide general administrative assistance
**Requirements**:
- Competent ability to operate a computer
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise own work
- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- A positive quick learning attitude
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
