Toowoomba Hospital, QLD has a requirement for a Locum ICU registrar over the following dates.
- Monday 22 July 2024 (0800) to Thursday 8 August 2024 (0800)

ICU / ED / anaesthetic registrars preferred. Post-primary advantageous. Previous ICU experience preferred but not essential.

Role includes assessment and management of ICU inpatients. Procedures including arterial and central access, ventilator trouble shooting. Assessment of referrals to ICU. Transport of patients for imaging / interventions. MET team membership. Supervision of RMOs. Liaison with on-call intensivist.

Roster is shift work. 3-4 days/3-4 nights (12 hr shifts). 7 shifts in the fortnight. No on-call.
