- As a member of the Infrastructure and Systems team, the Systems and Infrastructure Support Officer provides quality service delivery in relation to complex ICT equipment, systems and services using high level technical skillsWe are committed to putting the rights and wellbeing of children and young people at the centre of what we do. **Hours per fortnight**:
Up to 73.5 hours - flexible options available.

**Duties**:

- Provide technical support for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems including maintenance of Standard Operating Environments (SOE), supporting infrastructure, systems, and other end user technologies.
- Assist with the implementation of the agency’s Infrastructure Strategy Roadmap.
- Develop, contribute to, and maintain documentation including operational procedures and information technology records.
- Actively foster productive partnerships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to achieve positive results, including the provision of input to team initiatives involving the skills and development of client knowledge and education.
- May be required to undertake out-of-hours work and participate in an on-call roster.

**Desirable Requirements**:
ICT-related qualifications including industry certificates or progress towards qualifications gained through satisfactory completion of an appropriate course of study at a certificate IV level or above.

A current driver’s licence.
