- Assisting the Georges Riverkeeper team in the management and protection of the natural environment of the Georges River and its catchment.
- Possess sound critical thinking skills, identifying opportunities and innovative solutions and implementing system improvements that contribute to business efficiency.
- Using your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate respectfully and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Coordination of meetings, events, workshops, site visits, preparation of agendas and minute taking.
- Monitor budgets and coordinate purchasing and procurement requirements.
- Prepare written correspondence, presentations and various reports, including written briefs for contractors.
- Undertake scientific support duties, including research and collection of environmental data.
- Oversee IT functions including record and database management.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated after 27th February 2023
- **Package**:$70,659 - $74,897 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Part Time, 21 hours a week worked over 3 days (preferred days are Monday to Thursday)

- The Georges Riverkeeper is an Incorporated Association formed by eight Member Councils of the Georges River catchment - Bayside Council, Campbelltown City Council, City of Canterbury Bankstown, Fairfield City Council, Georges River Council, Liverpool City Council, Sutherland Shire Council and Wollondilly Shire Councils. The Georges Riverkeeper team is currently hosted by Sutherland Shire Council until October 2024.
