The facility is modern and offers Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Oral Surgery and Pain Management services to the community. We are supported by 2 Operating Theatres, 2 Endoscopy Procedure rooms, a Urology Procedure room, an 11 bed first stage Recovery and 11 chair second stage Recovery.

**About the Role**

Our Medical Clerical Assistant (as the role is internally known), provides administrative support to various teams within the hospital. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel at ease and in good hands
- Order and maintain stationery and office supplies
- Liaise with external facility providers, e.g. building manager and contractors
- Assist patients and visitors with all questions and requests
- Attend to other general receptionist duties as required

**About You**

You have a genuine passion for customer service and strong organisational skills. You will be an energetic and positive individual with the following:

- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
- An ability to prioritize workloads while having strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to offer effective working relationships across a broad range of staff
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skills
- Previous administration experience would be an advantage
