We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused a retail assistant to work in our family-owned business at newsagency within Eastland Shopping Centre.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with stock management and setting up visual merchandising
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Assisting customers with their lottery needs

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A dedicated work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous retail and lottery (Tattslotto) experience is preferred but not required
- Be flexible to work 7-day rotating roster and must be available on weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- TattsLotto: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
