**Associate Adviser - Professional Year**

**About the Role**

If you are working as a CSO or paraplanner and want to move to the next stage in your career. Then this is the right pathway for you to become a trained Advisor.
- Providing an exceptional level of service to clients by being the first contact for information pertaining their financial affairs
- Have technical skills to assist and eventually develop strategies after client meetings
- Be part of the client meetings when developing strategies
- Entering client notes on their chosen Financial Advisory CRM
- Preparation of client packs if required
- Putting the technical strategies together ready to be sent to Paraplanner
- Assisting with preparing client SOAs, ROAs and required correspondence
- Once SOA comes back vetting the Advice document and making changes if needed
- Knowledge in using Financial Planning softwares (Adviser Logic)
- Assisting in preparing client review reports
- Generating FDS for all clients and service agreements
- Be familiar with Best Interest Duties
- Ensuring compliance standards are maintained

To be considered you will have high attention to detail, be technical and can organise, plan and prioritise your time with outcomes. This role would suit someone that enjoys financial planning and wants to make this a career opportunity.

**To be considered for this role**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 1-2 years' of industry experience
- Strong understanding of Risk, and Super
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent interpersonal skills - "Must have a good attitude", "positive outlook on life".
