Long Term Farm Caretaker

**Position**: Farm Caretaker(Handyman)

**Location**: 973 Cootharaba Rd Cootharaba QLD 4565 (Grey nomads welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain and care for the farm, including cutting grass and tending to livestock

Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and security

Complete general maintenance tasks, such as painting and repairs

Manage equipment and machinery on the farm

Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in farm caretaking or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Good problem-solving skills

Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Own transportation is preferred
