**Hey You**:
genU is looking for a **Learning Designer - Content Writer** to create innovative solutions for the development of engaging content, designed for the delivery of courses across a variety of sectors, with market-leading products custom built for qualifications, micro and digital credentials.

The **Learning Designer - Content Writer** is integral in supporting collaborative partnerships to ensure continuous improvement of products that are responsive to market needs and meet design principles & regulatory requirements.

**This role is a full-time, ongoing role. Based in Geelong or Metro Melbourne.**

**About You**:

- Our ideal _**_Learning Designer - Content Writer_**_ will:_
- Have extensive experience in support training and instructional design in an education/RTO setting
- Have knowledge of adult education theory and skills in delivery of training
- Have highly developed skills in working with and training for a wide range of accredited units of competency, learning types and delivery modes
- Have creative ability in training methodology
- Have highly developed analytical & problem-solving skills
- Essential Requirements:_
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent industry experience)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
