**We are looking for a person experienced in the building product, retail and trade sector to join our Brickworks® team at our new Trade Centre, located at the Oakdale Industrial Estate,**
**Horsley Park, NSW**
**. The position involves working 28 hours per week, including weekends.**

**Reporting to the National Supply Manager and working alongside a dedicated Store Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Brickworks Trade Centres as a front-line representative, delivering exceptional customer service through multiple channels combined with achieving sales and operational targets. You will also be required to autonomously manage the Trade Centre on Sundays.**
**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Drive customer satisfaction and sales.
- Manage inventory and deliveries.
- Manage day to day running of the store.
- Ability to autonomously manage the Trade Centre on weekends.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, compliant with WHS policies.
**Success Requirements**
***
- Experience in building products, hardware retail or trade environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in providing quality customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Experience using sales-focused business software system preferred.
- Forklift license preferred (training can be given).
- Driver's license.
