**Full time permanent Medical Receptionist role based in South Sydney region**

The client is looking for a committed and reliable employee who is keen to learn and work proactively as part of the team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Coordinating clinical bookings
- Maintain records and relevant documentation
- Scheduling of appointments
- Collecting and processing payments
- Data entry, scanning and billing answering phones and
- All other ad hoc secretarial duties

**Skills Required**:

- Medical Reception experience preferred from either hospital, general practice or laser clinic
- Computer literate
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service
- An empathetic, positive and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have full working rights
- Excellent verbal and written english

38 hour week with flexible starting and finishing times.

Train station is 5 minutes walk from medical practice

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
