**What YOU do matters**
- The
- **After Hours Coordinator** will be responsible for providing assistance to Benetas Home Care clients and staff outside Benetas Home Care’s normal business hours. The role will answer all calls and triage the call. The After Hours Coordinator will be on a rotating roster sharing coverage between;
- Mon - Fri (AM) 6am - 8am
- Mon - Fri (PM) 5pm - 8pm
- Sat & Sun 7am - 7pm
- Public Holidays 7am - 7pm

**To thrive in this role, you will have**:

- Eperience in a rostering/scheduling environment
- Exceptional client service skills, analytical and problem solving skills
- High level computer literacy proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions
- Ability to prioritise work and problem solve
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to foster effective working relationships
- Ability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Relevant experience in a similar role (scheduling in an aged care setting or community health setting)
