Two exceptional medical Receptionist immediately required to be part of their busy front office. Based within the Sutherland shire area, close to transport, you will be needed to assist this busy specialist clinic to ensure best practice and exceptional customer experience.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors on arrival at the reception desk
- Manage billing, payments, and updating files
- Liaise and engage with our referral network
- Administrative duties include scanning, filing, photocopying, attaching documents, rosters etc.

**What you need to bring to the role**:

- Solid experience working within fast paced Reception/Administration environment, ideally within medical sector
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Efficient and capable, shows initiative and collaborates well with team members
