**About the role**
The Faculty Dean leads a state-wide team of Lecturers and Academic Administrators to develop and deliver innovative training programs to meet the workforce needs of industry and community.

Reporting to the Executive Dean, Education Operations, you will collaborate closely with other Faculty Deans, the Chief Executive, TAFE SA Board, Corporate Directors and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality training programs.
- Key responsibilities will include:_
- Provide proactive leadership and management to ensure training programs within the School meet their educational, organizational, and financial outcomes.
- Lead and drive change in line with TAFE SA Strategic Plan and the State’s Skills Strategy.
- Develop and enhance the public image and reputation of the School as a center of excellence
- Engage across the industry sectors to ensure that the School meets current and future training needs of industry, aligned with Government priorities
- Lead major improvement initiatives in education and training delivery to ensure training is relevant, contemporary, commercially viable, high quality and consistent.
