Fabricator (Plastics)

An exciting opportunity exists for a new member to join our Fabrication team, working for one of the leading providers of pipe and fittings in the plastics industry.

Located in Maddington, you'll be joining a company with a supportive and fantastic culture, during an exciting period of growth.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify the correct equipment for precision fabrication
- Read and correctly interpret the drawings assigned to meet the customer's requirements
- Perform precision welding to the appropriate standards
- Cut pipe as required
- Complete final trim/routing/quality checks prior to dispatch
- Complete all paperwork required

**Essential skills and attributes**:

- Electrofusion, butt and socket welding certificates
- Current and valid high risk forklift licence
- Current and valid chainsaw ticket
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to work extended hours when required
- Relevant experience within the manufacturing industry, plastics manufacturing ideally.

**Salary**: $30.85 - $40.00 per hour
