Leading air conditioning, building management and refrigeration suppliers, designers and installers in the greater Sydney area. They provide professional design, service and installation of all types of air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical units for commercial, residential, military and telecommunications uses.

**Your new role**

As the Service Coordinator, your main duties will involve:

- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for HVAC technicians
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints
- Ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of all service appointments and customer interactions
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments and technician arrival times
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the service team as needed

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with strong customer service skills and previous experience working with management and scheduling. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.
