**About the Role**:
As an Apprentice, you will have the privilege of learning from our qualified tradespeople who will serve as your mentors, guiding you towards achieving your Certificate III. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including garden maintenance, turf care, and irrigation systems management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.

- Possession of a driver's license and own transportation: This is an essential requirement.
- WH&S white card: Prior possession or willingness to obtain one, emphasising your commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Prior gardening work experience: While advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- Unique Student Identification (USI): Ensure you have your USI for the training program.
