What does the job look like?

Located at our Laverton North workshop, the Fleet Administration Team are responsible for all administrative duties for the Victorian Workshops. You will also assist with providing customer service to Linfox business units, Vendors and Linfox Global Head Office. This role is permanent part time, working on, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.

Key areas:

- Raising purchase orders to vendors
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices through SAP
- Management and updating of Personnel files and training
- Reception duties
- Other general administrative duties as required

You are a Team player with high attention to detail and great organisational skills. You can build relationships with external and internal stakeholders quickly and professionally and like a fast-paced environment.

You can demonstrate:

- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in a Fleet environment is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
