Marketing Specialist

We are in search of an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join our team, with the aim of taking our marketing efforts to new heights. Positioned within the real estate sector, the primary responsibility of this role is to devise and execute strategic marketing campaigns that not only highlight our property listings but also captivate potential buyers, specifically targeting the Vietnamese and local Australian markets to bolster our brand's visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing properties, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and events.
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including digital advertisements, and social media content, to showcase our properties to Vietnamese market in Viet Nam, Australia and craft targeted marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Utilise insights to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
- Work with the content team to develop engaging and informative content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes blog posts, property listings, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Property Consutant team to understand client needs, target demographics, and market preferences to tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools to optimise results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
- Support Property Consutant team with marketing materials, training, and resources to enable them to effectively promote and sell houses.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiative
- Uphold and enhance the SpringLand Group brand through consistent messaging, quality content, and strategic marketing initiatives.
**Required skills and experience**
- Fluent in Vietnamese is highly preferable
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven at least 2 year experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Highly focused on outcomes, and action
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
