**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The HR Advisor (internally known as Officer, People and Culture Hub) is responsible for providing a range of project support, data management and reporting services to the business partnering teams to deliver effective People and Culture programs, plans and initiatives. The role also provides advice, information and responses to a range of employee enquiries and matters relating to day to day employment lifecycle activities. The position will focus on providing customer service and supporting the business to process various complaints.

This position offers a base salary range of $81,496- $85, 622 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.?

**ABOUT YOU**

Due to the growth in our People and Culture Hub Team we have multiple temporary roles available until June 2024, this recruitment will also be used to create an Eligibility List for future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

We are seeking a HR Advisor with a HR background, experience in providing advice and information on HR policies, processes and workforce related legislation across the employment lifecycle.

This opportunity would suit an individual that is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience, engaging with the business to deliver people focused outcomes and anyone with previous exposure in HR complaints would be highly regarded.

Your superior communication skills will allow you to quickly build rapport and develop partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders to positively engage and collaborate with the business.
